I have seriously been in this mode of locking myself in my apartment
and doing long art marathons.. all day, every day... I love it!
I'm enjoying the shit out of it, more now than ever before.
I'm having some serious fun making art and art stuffs
it's just this little world and it makes me so happy
I'm having a lot of fun right now
(if language wasn't so limited, I could really express how much fun I'm having with all of this right now.. maybe that's why I have to express so much without language... crazy little limited words)

these are some pile shots of illustrations for my friend Salem's book based on a story from greek mythology
the story is super interesting and reflects the way a lot of people still live their lives today
I have a really good feeling about this book
I will have updates in the future about it, good times!
thank you so much for bringing me so much all the time.
I love it!
I know that I'm really, really lucky
you bring the most amazing people into my life
all these great adventures.. every moment of each day
I feel like I am in a dream
good times all the time
I don't know what else to say except
I love every second of it

I painted this cute little wounded deer last night
during Wes Sp8's incredible set at the Tractor in Ballard
this is my response to the cold weather holding on in this area
I'm officially burned out on winter
tired of frigid wind, tired of being cold
this little painting took it out of me
I was exhausted after this
there was a massive amount of incredible energy from Wes Sp8
this on is 30 by 40 inches, acrylic on canvas

Ryan "Henry" Ward is an incredibly inspirational artist
it's very rare to meet someone that is so open and honest
I feel very lucky to call him one of my best friends
this is a tribute to one of my favorite "Henry" pieces
two paintings started at the Wes Sp8 show at Studio 7
Studio 7 has a weird stressed out vibe to it..
everyone felt it...they make things real difficult
Wes Sp8 rocked it out!
this Tuesday we paint to them at the Tractor
it'll be a much more relaxed atmosphere
